sell here, we also have gathered 100s of hard to find movies and
documentaries for your shopping pleasure. All sales are final as
far as copiers, duplicators, printers and blank CD/DVD media are
concerned. We make exchange for defective items, as long as they are
returned to us within 30 days!
Following policies apply only to
the 100s of CDs and DVDs (Movies and documentaries) which we sell
online:
We
Duplicate guarantees that you
will receive quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted
in product description). We will take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely
and safe delivery. We Duplicate
backs all of its products with a 30 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions
outlined below, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or receive broken/defective
times.
All products are nonrefundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the
product will be exchanged for the exact same product(s).
Under no circumstances will We Duplicate
be obligated to honor any return or broken/defective item requests made more than 30 days
after the day the order was shipped.
Broken/Defective Items
Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be
exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the product is no longer
in stock, We Duplicate will issue a
full refund for the product. We Duplicate
reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are broken/defective prior to
issuing a refund.
We Duplicate will arrange to pay
shipping costs (within the Continental USA only) associated with returning
broken/defective item(s). Please call Customer Service at (949) 367-1710 prior to
returning your item to arrange for shipping.
We Duplicate will NOT pay shipping costs that are not pre-arranged.

Return/Refund
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please return it returned in new condition (sealed
if it was sealed) to receive a full refund. Customer must pay shipping.
